With Lodgit you can receive commission-free online bookings via your website. Linking our Online Booking System to your website is quickly done; you just need a valid Lodgit Desk license and the add-on module “Online-Systems”.

If you prefer to receive bookings personally (e.g. over the phone) but still want to display your vacancies on your website, then our online Booking Calendar is the right thing for you!

Tip: With a personalised demo license, you can try out the Lodgit Online Booking Software without obligation. All you have to do is synchronise the test database in Lodgit Desk with the booking engine!

Convenient Booking Options for your Guests:

Visitors to your website can use the online booking system to quickly see if rooms are still available for their requested dates and then proceed with the reservation right away. Several accommodations can also be booked at the same time (group booking).

In the event that all accommodations should be fully booked, the guest can see from the occupancy schedule when the rooms are free again.

Full Control For You As Proprietor:

As proprietor, you alone decide on the online availability of your rental units. You can set a minimum duration of stay, or specific days for arrivals and departures in the hotel software and confirm every individual online booking which you receive via the online reservation system.

Deposits, extras and guests data will all be automatically transferred to the Lodgit Desk software during synchronisation, so that your administrative effort is minimal.

Priced Fairly

The Lodgit Desk booking system is part of the extra module “Online-Systems” which can be purchased in our online shop for a monthly fee of just €1.70 per unit that you want to make available online (You don’t have to make all units available). These fees will be calculated based on the time left on your Lodgit Desk license and are to be paid in advance. There are no further commissions or fees.
