Interface to Electronic Locking Systems | Create Room Key Cards

Lodgit Desk has an interface for the electronic locking systems SALTO and Häfele. With both systems, an electronic medium (such as a card) serves as a room key for the guest in the hotel and optionally also grants access to other areas like the sunroom, spa, gym, baggage room, garage, ski room etc.

The creation of copies for accompanying guests is also quick and easy.

The process is simple and convenient via the booking window, where the data is automatically transferred from the booking:

  • Authorise access to rooms and areas can be activated at check-in
  • Keys (card or mobile key, see below) can be extended or deactivated within the booking window
  • All keys are deactivated at check-out, no matter if using a card or mobile key

Mobile Key from SALTO

As an alternative to creating a physical key, Salto’s locking system makes it easy to send a so-called “Mobile Key” to the guest’s smartphone.

This can be on the day of arrival so that the guest can enter the selected rooms or areas with minimal fuss.

The hotel key software interface can be added to your existing license for a small monthly fee in our online shop.  However, you should first make sure that your locking system is compatible.
